Dr. Ong’s clinic is now accepting applications for the waitlist as of February 11, 2026. Please leave your contact information below and we will contact you once availability opens up.

If you are contacted for an appointment, please fill out the intake form that will be emailed to you. If you are unable to complete it before your appointment, please arrive 15-30 minutes BEFORE your appointment time and we will provide you with a form to complete.

Flu vaccinations are in – book your shots with our nurse or your local pharmacy!

RSV vaccines are available and OHIP covered for individuals aged >75

Dr. Ong’s clinic is a part of Your Total Health Care, a group of eight family doctors and a chiropractor. We are part of the Scarborough Family Health Team which is a larger group of interdisciplinary health professionals aimed towards providing collaborative care to our patients.

The Scarborough Family Health Team which we are a part of provides a number of services for our rostered patients. This includes access to our various nursing and social worker services, as well as our after hours care clinic.
